Do I need to have an account on LAGOM in order to rent?

Yes! We require every client to have an account in order to serve you best. Plus you get access to our entire closet once you sign up.

How do I choose my perfect outfit?

At LAGOM, we strive to ensure your rental experience is curated to your style preferences. To help choose your outfit, we have designed a Fashion Profile questionnaire that helps determine and curate your closet in the cloud. 

How long can I keep a rental for?

Our plan includes a rental period of 4 days for each outfit. We will deliver your dress on your ‘delivery date’ and your dress needs to be returned on the last day of your rental period, ‘return date’. 

Can you guarantee the authenticity of the outfits?

At LAGOM, all our outfits are 100% authentic. We have partnered with different brands to bring their latest styles right to your doorstep. 

Will the outfits arrive wrinkle-free?

All outfits are dry cleaned, steamed and packed in a garment bag before delivery.

However, some fabrics are prone to wrinkle during transit. In such cases, we request you to follow the care instructions provided. 

Do I need to dry clean the outfits before returning?

No, we take care of that!

What happens if I damage the outfit?

Your insurance that is a part of your membership covers all minor wear and tear such as missing buttons, small repairable tears, small stains, stuck zips etc. However, your insurance doesn’t cover permanent and irreparable damage. This is an extremely rare circumstance. In this instance, we will work with you to resolve the damage but you may be asked to pay the retail cost of the dress.

What if the outfit is lost or damaged?

If your outfit gets lost, stolen or damaged beyond repair, you will be liable to pay for the retail price of the item. We know this is a rare and unfortunate event, and rest assured, we will work to ensure the best solution is found.

What memberships do you offer?

We offer two plans to help get you your curated closet in the cloud.

 

LIKE IT

You can select up to two styles during the month which we will deliver to you over two shipments.
You have access to our curated list of international brands with styles that transport you from the weekday to the weekend. Includes styles with up to $350 in retail value.
You can keep each rental for a maximum of 4 days.
Shipping and dry cleaning is included in your membership.

 

LOVE IT
You can select up to four styles during the month which we will deliver to you over four shipments.
You have access to our curated list of international brands with styles that transport you from the weekday to the weekend. Includes styles with up to $350 in retail value.
You can keep each rental for a maximum of 4 days.
Shipping and dry cleaning is included in your membership.

 

All memberships are billed each month on your bill date (the same day every month).

How do I extend my rental period?

You can keep each rental for a maximum of 4 days.
Should you wish to extend your rental period, an additional charge of AED 100 per day will apply.

Fashion Profile

What is a Fashion Profile?

The Fashion Profile contains a series of questions that will help our in house stylists better understand your style, preferences and sizes in order to present you with outfits perfect for your next event.

Do I need to provide my sizes on my Fashion Profile?

Yes! This will help us provide you with outfits that would match your sizes.

Do I need to upload images of my clothes onto my Fashion Profile?

In order to provide you with an ideal outfit, we require you to upload images of your clothes fit for specific events. This can be a picture of your outfit hung on a hanger, laid on your bed or whatever you feel comfortable with!

I changed my mind! Can I update my Fashion Profile?

Yes! You can always go back to your Fashion Profile under ‘My Account’ and amend your responses.

Returns

How do I know if you have received my return?

Once your return reaches our warehouse, it will be automatically updated on the ‘My Orders’ section of your account. Should your return fail our quality control check once received, our quality control team will contact you regarding next steps.

Are there late fees if I miss my scheduled return?

Late returns are extremely stressful as they can impact our ability to provide a great experience to our next customer. It is rare that someone returns a rental late however if you do happen to miss your return slot, then a late fee of 100AED/ day applies. We will also send you an email reminder prior to your return date.

How do I schedule my pick up?

Return dates are automatically scheduled at check out. However, we will request you to choose a pick up time between 2 options. Our logistics team will contact you to schedule your pick up at the end of your rental period.

How do I return my rental?

Kindly return your outfit in the hanger and garment bag provided by us.

Shipping & Delivery

Is shipping included in my membership plan?

Yes! Both membership plans include shipping.

How will my order be delivered?

All orders will be dry cleaned, steamed and packed in a garment bag for delivery.

What time will my order arrive?

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in the morning and will be delivered the same day between 1pm and 5pm. A member of our logistics team will get in touch with you to confirm the time slot.

Do you deliver on weekends?

Unfortunately, we don’t deliver on weekends. So make sure to book your outfit in time for your weekend plans!

Order & Payments

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your rental is booked, we will send you a confirmation email.

Our logistics team will also be in touch to book your delivery slot.

How do I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, rentals once booked cannot be canceled.

When will I be charged for my plan?

We offer a rolling subscription and all memberships are billed each month on your bill date (the same day every month).

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept both Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards.

All payments are securely made through STRIPE.
